How to transfer 2FA to a new phone

Please make sure that your 2FA application is updated to the latest version. If not, please follow the step below before transferring.

1. Go to
   Android https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.authenticator2
   iOS https://apps.apple.com/th/app/google-authenticator/id388497605 

2. Update application to the latest version

How to transfer to a new device for Andriod

1. Open Authenticator on your NEW phone then taps the three-dot menu icon followed by Transfer accounts.

2. Select Import accounts Create a QR code to bring new accounts in and enter your PIN code when prompted. 

3. Tap Scan QR code at the end of the screen on the right side.

4. Open Authenticator on your OLD phone then taps the three-dot menu icon followed by Transfer accounts.

5. Select Export accounts Create a QR code to export accounts in and enter your PIN code when prompted. 

6. Select accounts to export and tap Next.

7. Scan this QR code and tap Done.

Remark: You can get your PIN code from your fingerprint scan or unlock the passcode from your device.

How to transfer to a new device for iOS

1. Open Authenticator on your OLD phone then taps the three-dot menu icon followed by Export accounts.

2. Enter pin code or scan fingerprint, face ID. Select an account to generate a QR code.

3. Open Authenticator on your NEW phone then tap plus sign icon (+) and select Scan a QR code.

4. Scan a QR code generated by your old phone. The code set will be imported to this new phone accordingly.

Remark: You can get your PIN code from your fingerprint, face ID scan, or unlock passcode from your device.
