How to Whitelist Satang Emails

If you do not receive an email from us, you can set up from your email for whitelist our Satang emails as the following steps:

Gmail

1. log in to your Gmail

2. Go to the settings (gear symbol) >> click "Settings"

3. When coming to the settings page, click to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" button.

4. Click to the message "Create a new filter"

5. Add the email address that you want to list in the "From" field

• Example: [e-mail]

When you finished on your listed email, click on the "Create filter" button.

6. Check the box “Never send it to spam” and then click "Create filter" button. The email address will now be whitelisted!

Outlook

1. log in to your Outlook

2. Go to the settings (gear symbol) >> click "View all Outlook settings"

3. Click to "Mail" >> "Junk email" >> "Safe senders and domains"

4. Click to "+ Add" button for adding the email address that you want to list. After you put the listing email, you can enter for adding the email.

• Example: [e-mail]

5. After you finished on your adding the listing email then click to the "Save" button. The email address will now be whitelisted!
