In case that you have filled in the wrong Satang XLM wallet memo, you will not receive your XLM. To recover the lost funds, you can follow these steps:
- Contact support@satangcorp.com or Satang Live Chat Support
- Provide all the transaction details needed such as the correct memo, amount, TxID or Hash and some images regarding the ownership of the funds.
- Your recovery request will be sent to the team responsible for the case to investigate and further proceed with what can be done.
- The process may take up to 30 working days.
Note**: There are also chances that the funds would be wrongly deposited to some other user wallet, and if this condition is triggered, the recovery process will be extended to 60 working days. This is due to the fact that we cannot make any change to the user account details and funds, therefore each change to be made is needed to be informed to the user.
