To request a refund, you will need to be in a condition of deposit failure or Fiat transferring problem which results in no funds received in your Satang Pro Wallet. For example, if fiat has already been transferred to Satang, but you did not receive it due to mismatched bank account owner and Satang account owner.
You will have to provide the following documentation for submitting the request.
- Bank Pay Slip
- Bank account information (account page from your Bank Pass Book or banking apps)
- ID verification document
These 3 files will need to be attached to our Satang Pro on this link " Refund form "
Funds will be transferred back to the account of origin within 3 working days.
