If you are a beginner and you have successfully created an order, you will notice that whether it is your cash or your digital asset that you have made a trade are not yet in your current balance, please be assured that your balances are not lost. You can follow these following steps to track your assets.
1. Go to your “Balance” page by clicking your user email, an option will be available.
2. In your Balance page, all your asset wallets will be there. Please select “Order History” from the top menu.
3. All of your trading order will be shown here with status of each order provided. If the order status is “Open”, it means that the order hasn’t been matched yet. There is no time limit or expiry date for the order, therefore, if no transaction is being made then your order will stay as it is. You can also cancel the order to get all your assets back pre-fee-deducted. To learn about canceling your order, please visit on How to Cancel an Order topic. However, if your order status is “Filled”, then your order is matched.
Note**: After you have reached the history page, please make sure to select the correct asset from the menu, “Select trading pair”.
